Bus Trip - Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington D.C.

Saturday, February 29, 2020 9AM - 8:00PM

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing the central role of blacks in U.S. history. In celebration, YWCA Hanover is organizing a bus trip to Washington DC.

The National Museum of African American History and Culture is the only national museum devoted exclusively to the documentation of African American life, history, and culture. It was established to promote and highlight the contributions of African Americans. To date, the Museum has collected more than 36,000 artifacts and nearly 100,000 individuals have become members.

The cost of the trip is $50 (non-refundable). We will be travelling on a mini-motor coach. Seats are limited, so reserve your spot today. Meals are not included in ticket price.

Due to popular demand more spots have opened up and deadline extended until filled! Join us for a stress free trip where we do the driving.
